Open to all Artists/Crafters 18 years or older residing in the Northeast Mississippi area. All members of NEMAA are eligible.
No entry fee.
Artists are limited to 1 submission per category, but you may enter multiple categories.
Artwork that hangs (canvases, photographs, etc.) must have wire hangers on back. Entries without hangers will not be accepted. Tables will be available for freestanding items.
Art will be accepted in the Helen Foster Room on the second floor of the Lee County Library on Thursday, March 6, from 4 until 7:30 or Saturday, March 8, from 3 to 5. All entries must be assigned a catefory and number by the NEMAA committee at time of entry to be eligible for judging.
All name/signatures, etc. must be covered for judging.
Prizes for each category are: 1st — $30, 2nd — $20, 3rd — $10.
Any category that has less than 5 entries will be combined with the closet related category.
Art must remain on display until the reception on March 26.
An awards ceremony and reception will be held in the Helen Foster Room on March 26 at 5:30. Art must be removed after the reception.
Art is displayed at your own risk; the room is not monitored. Neither the Northeast Mississippi Art Association nor the Lee County Library is liable for theft, damage or loss while art is on display.
Northeast Mississippi Art Association retains the right to reject any item deemed unsuitable for public displya.
